I know there’s a lot of fear and negative beliefs around the idea of “subliminal” hypnosis. Nobody wants to be brainwashed, taken advantage of, overpowered, or controlled by another. Unfortunately marketing companies and sales departments are geniuses at using subliminal messages to influence people to their advantage. This isn’t my goal. My intention is to empower you, to put you in control of your life, and to wash your brain, actually your subconscious mind, of negative or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. In spite of the negative view, I wanted to create a subliminal hypnosis track that could be used as background music throughout the day. Our lives are busy so why not use the time we are in a natural state of hypnosis to our advantage. By the way, this music will really enhance your yoga practice, or other bodywork sessions. Under the music, in addition to the positive suggestions given to your subconscious mind, I’ve chanted the Karuna Reiki symbols, which bring in helpful spiritual healing energies. On top of the subliminal suggestions, and the Karuna Reiki symbols, I’ve added another track, which assists with removing negative imprints and safeguards against any additional imprints from developing in the future.
