I love doing EFT with this prayer. For me it's like deleting files from my computer. After a few sessions of tapping on this prayer I shifted out of "playing small doesn't serve the world" and I had to move from my oh so small office into a big airy and wonderful new office. Then one day after shifting out of "my shrinking doesn't serve the world" I'd move and hear a crack in my back then my spine elongated. It kept happening for a few minutes. I didn't realize I was shrinking myself.
