I know there’s a lot of fear and negative beliefs around the idea of “subliminal” hypnosis. Nobody wants to be brainwashed, taken advantage of, overpowered, or controlled by another. Unfortunately marketing companies and sales departments are geniuses at using subliminal messages to influence people to their advantage. This isn’t my goal. My intention is to empower you, to put you in control of your life, and to wash your brain, actually your subconscious mind, of negative or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. I felt this method would be most effective for teens. The voice of an adult is in your ear all day long and I wanted to give you a break while your subconscious mind still listens. Also, our lives are busy so why not use the time we are in a natural state of hypnosis to our advantage.
